ABOUT

I’m Anushka Kalyanpur — a public health advisor turned founder, and a mother of three under three.
Across two decades of work — from humanitarian settings to health systems strategy — I’ve championed one core belief:
When women are supported with accurate information, confidence, and access to care, they don’t just survive — they lead. They raise families, build companies, and shape communities.
Whether it’s a young woman seeking reproductive care in a crisis zone or a new mother hiring a night nurse without guilt, care is not a personal favor — it’s structural.
- It is strategy.
- It is leadership.
- It is what makes ambition sustainable.
I’ve spent my career designing systems that respond to women’s needs at every level — from leading maternal health programs in 50+ countries to launching Nannies & More, an award-winning company offering parenthood support services in Dubai.
Now, I’m focused on scaling this vision — with and for women everywhere.
To build a world where women are supported across life’s chapters — not punished for them.
Whether returning to work, raising children, or redefining ambition, women deserve systems that are flexible, inclusive, and sustainable.
